RoadReady Rewards Cards

Collecting Points
Points can be accumulated when you purchase eligible services at Edmonton Recreational Vehicle Service LTD. Points are calculated on the pre-tax purchase amount and are rounded to the nearest cent. To collect points, you must present your RoadReady Rewards Card at the time of purchase. If you forget to present your card, you may still be able to collect points by providing your phone number associated with your account.
The rate at which points can be collected may vary and is subject to change without notice.
Redeeming Points
Points can be redeemed for merchandise (including applicable taxes) at Edmonton Recreational Vehicle Service LTD. Points cannot be redeemed for certain items as designated by the program.
What Happens When an Item is Returned?
If you return an item for a refund and had received points for that item, the corresponding amount of points will be deducted from your RoadReady Rewards Account. Merchandise purchased, either in whole or in part, by redeeming points may not be returned for cash; instead, the RoadReady Rewards Account will be credited with the same amount of points used for that purchase.
Expiration of Points
Points may expire after a period of inactivity of 1 year. Inactivity refers to the absence of transactions in which you have collected or redeemed points during that timeframe.
